Dr. Maria Francesca Mili

Deputy Medical Director of Insparya Milan

Medical licence no. (Italy) 10022Specialty Trichology and Hair Transplantation

I graduated in Medicine and Surgery from Sapienza Università di Roma and, over the course of my career, I have developed a particular interest in Trichology, hair transplant surgery and Aesthetic Medicine.

I built up my experience at Insparya, gaining specialist skills in the diagnosis and treatment of the main scalp conditions and in the most advanced hair restoration techniques. I have performed more than 400 hair transplant procedures as lead operator, with significant experience in surgical planning, patient management and carrying out autotransplantation procedures.

Since January 2026 I have been Deputy Medical Director of Insparya Milan, helping to supervise clinical care pathways, maintain quality and safety standards, and coordinate medical and surgical activities.
